Flower Availability

We always try our utmost to provide our customers with the freshest flowers which are at their best on the day of picking. Although we endeavour to accommodate preferences, due to the many factors involved in growing a natural product, it is not possible to guarantee particular flowers or colours will be available for your order.

All orders must be paid for in full before collection or delivery. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch via our Contact Page.

Wedding and Event Bookings

To secure your booking for your wedding or event, 50% of the agreed cost will be payable immediately. The remaining balance, which will reflect any changes made through the consultation process, will be due 4 weeks before the wedding or event date.

Workshops

If we are not able to deliver a workshop on the date specified, we will offer a full refund or, if possible, offer to move your booking to another date.

If you would like to cancel your workshop booking, you will receive a full refund for cancellations with 4 weeks notice or more and a 50% refund for cancellations of 2 weeks notice or more.
